EmailFiler is a product that will quickly identify entire folders or groups of emails for archive into WorkSite. Email content is archived by a background service removing the work from the local workstation. This eliminates the delay that users usually experience when filing emails the alternative way.

Some beneficial includes scheduling folders, date settings, securing filed content, and specifying content allowed. Scheduled folders allow end users to designate and manage Outlook folders to file automatically to a specified WorkSite folder. Date settings will allow filing of emails that are a certain number of days old. Once emails are filed, securing content allows individuals identified as a sender or recipient to view emails exclusively. Administrators can also control specific types of Outlook content to be filed such as emails, meeting requests, journal entries, and more.
