Link2DMS is an innovative tool that has the ability to intercept the key operations from applications not integrated with WorkSite. This allows the users to Open, Save, Upload, Export, Import, and select multiple operations accordingly (depending on the application) from the Document Management System from within non-integrated applications.

There is a separate option for Link2DMS called PDF Interceptor. This option allows you to convert any supported file type into a PDF as you perform open and save actions through Link2DMS. It is especially useful when uploading files to websites as a Word document. The document can be selected for upload and converted to PDF. During the process, a Save option is available for the newly created PDF back to WorkSite. Additionally, filing comments can be applied to the document (track which files have been processed and when).

NOTE: Link2DMS with PDF Interceptor is now integrated with Payne’s Metadata Assistant due to strict court requirements. This combination allows for clean documents when printing to PDF and uploading for court e-filings. This upgrade is available to all clients who have purchased Link2DMS and PDF Interceptor along with RBRO’s maintenance program.
