The RBRO story began with two guys in a basement and a dream, which was realized in 2003 when their first client—the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC)—stepped down those stairs.

  • RBRO (R-BRO—not R-B-R-O—stands for Russell Brothers) was founded by John Russell and Howard Russell as a two-person Canadian operation in 2003. Recognizing the gaps between the iManage Work document management system and the specific needs of law firms and corporations utilizing the document management system (DMS), John and Howard focused on the development and distribution of iManage Work integration tools that allowed firms to get maximum value out of their iManage Work investment. With an enthusiastic response from the legal market and beyond, the company quickly grew as firms and corporations around the world adopted RBRO’s easy and effective solutions that improved the capabilities of iManage Work.

Today, close to 30 proprietary RBRO solutions seamlessly support mission-critical business systems for top legal and corporate brands worldwide. RBRO has staffed locations in the United Kingdom and Australia, in addition to their Canadian headquarters. As a leading expert within the content management solutions’ space, we continue as a leader in our approach.
