Matters get archived. Offices reorganise by region. Firms merge and libraries are consolidated. Each move done manually risks losing metadata and security, and bulk moves without tooling are slow and hard to verify.

What you get

• Admin Transfer for bulk moves. Move selected workspaces, or every workspace in a search result, with their folders and documents, between libraries or between iManage servers connected to Nucleus.
• Nothing lost on the way. Create missing users, groups and metadata in the destination, preserve document numbers, include checked-out and declared documents, and decide how documents filed in more than one place are handled.
• Scheduled moves by criteria. Drive recurring tasks from a saved query, such as moving matters untouched since a given date to an archive library.
• Safe re-runs. Choose to roll back or continue when an item fails. Transferred items are logged, so a task can be run again without creating duplicates.
• Quick Transfer for users. Users move documents from the menu in the iManage Work web client, all versions included, subject to the minimum access level you set.
• Task management. Run now or schedule, watch status, stop a task, and require a confirmation and a reason for every move.

Do document links break after a move?

Links to the old location can be kept working with Link Interceptor, which redirects them automatically.
