See what's really in your iManage.

Analytics turns a synchronized copy of your iManage libraries into reports, charts and searches that iManage itself cannot run, so you can see how your content is used, filed and secured.

The answers are in iManage, but you cannot get them out

Who can see which documents? How much is filed where, and how fast is it growing? Which teams have adopted the DMS and which have not? iManage holds every answer, but getting them out means scripts, exports or a request to IT that never reaches the top of the list.

What you get

  • Reports across libraries. Report on documents, folders or workspaces, pick the fields that matter, and group by day, month, year or by size ranges you define.
  • Charts you can publish. Pie, bar, column and line charts with filters, top-ten views with the rest grouped as Others, and date axes that show gaps as well as peaks. Expand, refresh and share.
  • Security insight. Find every document a given user or group can reach, at exactly a given access level or above or below it, and spot risks before an audit does.
  • Searches iManage cannot run. Search by criteria the iManage client does not offer, such as access rights and file size, across documents and emails, latest versions only if you choose.
  • Act on what you find. Change profiles and security or export content from the results with RBRO's other tools.
  • No load on production. Reports and searches run against the synchronized copy, not against your live iManage environment.

Works with

cloudiManage.com and iManage.Work, in Chrome or Edge. Analytics is part of Nucleus Cloud and shares the synchronized copy of your libraries that Haven uses.

Common questions

Does it slow iManage down?

No. Reports and searches run against the synchronized copy, not against iManage.

Do we need Haven as well?

Analytics and Haven share the same synchronized copy of your libraries, so firms often run both, but each is licensed on its own.

Who builds the reports?

Administrators define reports and charts once in Nucleus. Published charts are then available to anyone you give access to.
